  MEAL CHARGE POLICY

The policy of the Williamston Community Schools Food and Nutrition Service department is to offer healthy breakfasts and lunches to all students. Each student has a meal account set-up in the meal point of sale computer system. The computer keeps track of all payments and purchases. Any positive or negative balance will carry from year to year and building to building. You can view your child’s account for no charge at www.sendmoneytoschool.com. There is a flat $2.00 service for adding funds with a credit card but you can add funds to all your students with one transaction at www.sendmoneytoschool.com.

As a student’s account balance approaches a zero balance or becomes negative, the following procedures will apply.

** Low Balance emails are generated automatically when the student's account gets to $5.00 or below.  If you would like to receive these automatic notices contact the Food Service Main Office at 517-706-5017 **
